    Do you love ThermoFlex® Plus but wish you could apply it to nylon, leather, rayon, and other heat-sensitive materials? ThermoFlex® Xtra is the perfect product for you! It has a soft hand and strong grip with a quick press.

    ThermoFlex® Xtra has incorporated the best features of ThermoFlex® Plus- easy handling, cutting and weeding but with a thicker polyester carrier sheet and a low-tack carrier adhesive. This enables easy weeding without lifting the cut image from the carrier!

    Application Instructions

    Blade – 45°
    Cut – Mirror image
    Temp – 300°-305° F
    Pressure – Medium, even
    Time – Pre-press garment for 5 seconds. Press design for 3-5 seconds.
    Peel – Cold then cover with a Teflon sheet and repress for 10 seconds
    Care – Follow wash instructions for Nylon. Wash inside-out, cold water. Tumble dry low. Dry-cleaning okay.

    ThermoFlex® Xtra will also adhere to some silicon-coated materials with sufficient surface texture to permit the adhesive to grip when transferred according to directions.

    Columbia Blue, Antique Silver and Old Gold will not layer. These colors cannot have layers adhered on top of them, although we have successfully layered these products on top of other colors.

    Use settings for ThermoFlex PLUS for application to polyesters.

    Please be advised that dye migration has occurred with low energy dyes in polyester and poly-blend fabrics.
