Plaid Patterns

We print our patterns using eco solvent inks on high quality vinyl for our HTV and PSV orders.

PSV Sheet Information
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
OUTDOOR VINYL: Gloss Finish. Pattern is printed on Oracal 651 (or similar) vinyl; has up to a 5 year outdoor life. NOT FOR USE ON PAINTED SURFACES!! Recommend Laminating for longer durability. If possible, avoid high temperature wash, and high temperature rinse. Abrasions, chemicals and UV exposure. Do not put printed vinyl in dishwasher. When washing use a mild detergent. Chemical and extended UV exposure may cause print to fade.
HTV Sheet Information
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
HEAT TRANSFER VINYL: Recommended for use with a Heat Press. One sheet of Mask (HTV transfer tape) with each complete sheet.  HTV can be applied to Cotton, Polyester, or Cotton/Poly Blends.
We do not recommend layering with the Glitter HTV.
CUT SETTINGS: We are unable to advise you on the correct settings for your particular machine, as each machine varies according to the brand, blade type, blade wear, and other factors. We highly recommend doing a test cut prior to cutting your design as this is the best way to determine your settings.
HTV Instructions
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Do not mirror the HTV like most of us are use to doing. This HTV does not have the mask attached like most other brands. I do supply a sheet of mask (HTV transfer tape) with each HTV order and it can be re-used.
2) When you load the HTV in your cutter you will load it with the print side up to cut.
3) Once your design is cut you will weed it, then apply the mask and squeegee it on to your design, making sure that it sticks to the print before lifting it away.
4) All heat presses are different but generally you will press this HTV at about 315 for 15 seconds. Press the fabric to heat it before applying the design for best results and then press your design onto the fabric. After 15 seconds, check to see if the HTV has adhered to the fabric. If not, repeat press for another 3-5 seconds.
When washing, turn garment inside out and air dry to extend the longevity of your vinyl design.

This listing is for printed vinyl sheets. These are printed with a large format printer that uses Eco- solvent inks. This vinyl is intended to be used with the silhouette cameo, cricut explorer, and other dye cutting machines.
